About me:

I discovered CrossFit in 2020 during Covid. After losing interest in going to a regular gym, I tried my first CrossFit class and fell in love with it immediately.

The variety and constant challenge were what hooked me, along with learning new skills like Olympic lifting. Every workout felt different and exciting, which kept me motivated and coming back for more.

Over time, CrossFit became much more than just a way to stay fit—it became my community and a huge part of my life. I’m passionate about fitness, connecting with people, and helping others realise what they’re capable of—both inside and outside the gym.

Coaching is what I truly love. There’s nothing better than seeing someone hit their first pull-up, lift heavier than they ever thought possible, or simply leave the gym feeling happier and more confident than when they walked in. That’s what it’s all about for me: empowering people, celebrating progress, and building a supportive community where everyone feels welcome.
